Forrest Estate Olive Grove was established
in 1998 by the Gorton Family on their
Millmerran property. Two thousand olive trees were
planted on the eastern side of the ridge in
irrigated,
fertile soil, which combined with the
Mediterranean style climate, is ideal for growing some of the
best olives in Australia. Our
Olive Oil is a special selected blend of Frountoio and Manzanillo to produce an oil
that is light and airy with a fruity taste.
Each year, our
Olive Oil is sent to The Oil
Testing Lab, NSW Department of Primary
Industries, Wagga Wagga, NSW to verify it is
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, First Cold Press of
export quality.
Forrest Estate Olives are hand picked and processed
in Millmerran, then bottled at our Olive Grove.
Our organic farming practices assist us in offering
a premium product to the public. |
